Sales/Business Development

Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC, a rapidly-growing specialty HVAC equipment manufacturer (OEM), has designed and patented several products, and we seek salespeople to help grow our business. We have equipment installed throughout the United States and worldwide.

We specialize in the development and manufacture of products that target niches with few other alternatives, so we rarely need to sell on the basis of price. Air Cleaning Blowers has also recently developed and multi-patented a revolutionary new line that qualifies as the first truly green air-filtration systems, with applications from houses to coal mines, that protect people and equipment against dust, pollen, and Covid-19. As a result, the prospects for salespeople are spectacular.

We just relocated into a larger facility in Selkirk and seek entrepreneurial salespeople to strengthen our team. Uses for our equipment range from heavy industry, military and mining, to commercial, institutional and residential applications. Whether you prefer direct sales to industrial/commercial users, working with OEMs, manufacturers’ representatives/distributors, and/or reaching out to consumers – we have a place for you.

Our ideal candidate has been a star performer in previous roles and wants to have more room for growth. Our ideal applicant also wishes to be better compensated for their efforts and given recognition for their achievements.

 

Responsibilities:

Make contact with prospective customers through leads generated by in-house marketing, word of mouth and leads discovered through your experience & contact list, as well as references from existing users.

Analyze prospective customers’ needs and determine if and how our equipment can help them with their specific application.

Prepare proposals for prospects and close the sales.

Bring feedback to our marketing and design teams to improve our products and marketing efforts.

Help develop product and promotional materials to meet needs that you identify.

 

Requirements:

Inside and/or outside sales experience; ideally for products that require educating the customer in order to close sales.

Excellent communication skills; fluency/native speaker in English required.

HVAC experience preferred; experience selling industrial or commercial equipment a plus.

Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC. works as a contractor to the government. Due to this we require all employees to be U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated.

Compensation:

Base Annual Salary PLUS Commission package

Note: There is no top limit on earnings. We anticipate the right sales person making over $100,000 in earnings in his or her first year!
