We Clean Air is a trade name of Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC developed to specialize specifically in the purification of air and control of germs to protect workers and people at home from germs exhaled by the public, fellow workers, family and other close contacts.  We focused particularly on the needs generated by the Coronavirus pandemic in commercial, institutional, food-handling and consumer applications.

We Clean Air has developed the first-ever Safety Halo® in response to the Corona virus pandemic.  It protects workers and others in close contact with other people by surrounding them with a protective cone of HEPA-filtered air to drive germs exhaled by others away from their faces.  It is becoming increasingly clear that the Safety Halo® will be used in a variety of locations from health and public safety personnel to cashiers in stores and production staff in meat and vegetable-packaging plants, even after the pandemic ends.

The Safety Halo® was developed by a company that developed the Air-Cleaning BlowerTM (ACB) that blows and cleans air worldwide in dusty, corrosive, hazardous (explosive), and other harsh industrial, mining and military environments.  Most of these ACB-based products utilize just the momentum of the dust, sand, and other particles to clean them out of the air.  To help protect workers and other people exposed to the Covid-19 virus exhaled by customers and fellow workers, the company Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC developed the Safety Halo® based on concepts used to protect coal miners from dust in underground mines.

Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC was founded in the Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York City in 2017 by the owner of Aero Conditioner Company, LLC, Edward Roston.  Being in the air and ventilation business for more than 20 years, Roston came to realize that no one in the industry made any type of air cleaner like what came to be the Air Cleaning BlowerTM (ACB)—that is, truly self-cleaning air-filtering blowers.  After many prototypes and testing Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC was able to patent their first ACB that moves and cleans air without the use of any filter media.  Instead of blocking and collecting the debris with filter media, ACBs use the momentum of the particles in novel ways to separate them from the air and eject them directly.  The big benefit:  they blow and clean air without any filter elements to buy, store, replace or dispose.  Since debris does not accumulate in the units, you can count on steady airflow, air pressure and power consumption.  No filter elements means no filter maintenance!  Used worldwide by manufacturers, mines, and military, particularly under harsh conditions, they are becoming a big part of the future of air moving and cleaning.  Today Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC has three patents on ACB technology and is working on more for the near future.
